1. What you are buying

The Origin of Spice sells digital guides, PDFs, and prompt packs. All products are delivered as instant downloads after payment. Nothing is shipped.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

3. Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Because PDF guides are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, no refunds are offered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact hello@theoriginofspice.com for assistance.

4. License and use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or include the files in products you resell. The content is original commentary; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Herbert estate, publishers, or film rights-holders.

5. Intellectual property

All written content, diagrams, and prompt structures in the paid products are original work. "Dune" and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used nominatively where necessary. The Origin of Spice claims no ownership over those marks.

6. Disclaimer

The guides are fan-built study companions. They are not academic accreditation, official reference material, or legal advice about copyright. Use them at your own discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site and purchases after changes constitutes acceptance.
