All digital products from The Origin of Spice — including PDF guides, companions, and bundles — are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital goods cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and no refunds are offered.

What to do if you have a problem

If you experience a technical issue with your download, email hello@theoriginofspice.com and we will help resolve it. Include the email address you used at checkout and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Disputing a charge through your payment provider without first contacting us may result in permanent revocation of access to your purchase and any future purchases. We are always happy to help resolve genuine issues directly.
